We have established Behavioral Principles to prevent customer complaints and disadvantages within the company when performing their tasks and to secure transparency and fairness of management. We are also equipped with a Work Process Report, an Independent Compliance Manual and other regulations related to fair trade. CCO (Chief Compliance Officer, an administrator for fair trade independence compliance) operates and manages CP (Compliance Program, fair trade independence compliance program). The Fair Trade Independence Compliance Council supports authority and responsibility of CCO as a consultative body. The CM (Compliance Manager) for each team is in charge of the 1st legislation review and team member training in relation to fair trade.
